Oke Car | Kia Forte (2014) | Available in LX and EX trim levels, the new Kia Forte proudly carries the reputation of high quality, with the defining characteristics of the new car segment. Popular option package adds 16-inch alloy wheels, cruise control, remote keyless entry with trunk release and a sliding front armrest. Kia Eco Package includes ISG (Idle Stop & Go), dual-zone automatic climate control with rear seat ventilation and the only distinctive "eco". Step appellate court extends Forte EX with comfort features. Other standard features include remote keyless entry with trunk EX subsequent release screen backup camera, a sliding center armrest and storage compartment cooling.
The features are included in the optional Premium package and rear heated front seats, 10 seats with power adjustable driver class air-cooled ventilation, interior leather trim press, sunroof, 17-inch wheels alloy and button key Smart Boot and a heated steering wheel. The new Kia Forte offers brilliant performance with two advanced four-cylinder engines. The LX has a 1.8-liter engine, while the EX is equipped with a 2.0-liter engine. Kia Forte EX enhances the riding experience with a 173-horsepower (at 6,500 rpm) 2.0-liter GDI four-cylinder. With a robust 154 Nm of torque available at 4,700 rpm, the EX comes standard with a six-speed automatic transmission.
The new Kia Forte rides on a frame, which is longer (1.2 inches), less than (0.6 inches) are compared and wider (0.2 inches) for the previous Forte sedan. With its wheelbase of 106.3 inches, two inches longer than the previous model, the all-new Forte ran a McPherson front axle and rear axle torsion axle trailer. Electric power steering replaces the hydraulic system of the previous version, Kia Forte, the parasite load. Optional Flex Steer provides the driver firmly in control of the settings Comfort, Normal and Sport, the steering forces ever assembled at the touch of a button on the steering wheel. The base LX manual rides while 205/55R-16 tires 195/65R-15 tires are optional alloy wheels of 16 inches. 215/45-17 tires are mounted on low-profile sports 17-inch alloy wheels optional.
